More than a year ago, our consultant, Paul Blanch, asked the NRC a very simple question: How does NRC define a risk when it says it is “not credible”? After almost eleven months the NRC finally responded, but utterly failed to answer the question. Now, Southern California Edison has triumphantly published the NRC’s ridiculous reply on its web site under the pretense that it is been somehow vindicated. Below is a screen capture of our reply:
