It took the Nuclear Regulatory Commission 84 days to make a court reporter transcript and a videotaped Webcast public, but the computer science experts and communications professionals at the NRC have finally published a management-approved version.
As a public service, we also published this substandard video of the last NRC Webinar with atrocious sound quality. The sound quality is poor because we recorded the Webcast from our computer with a microphone that had a poor connection (we’ll try to do a better job next time).
