What:  A big-picture analysis of the catastrophic effects of the bad   planning and poor Federal regulation at the  failed San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station (SONGS).  Presenters will discuss and expose safety flaws and similarities to Fukushima; failure of regulators to enforce the law, and coordinated efforts by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and SONGS vendors and licensees to cut corners in ways that endanger public health and safety.
